At Erva, we bring the party to your palate by blending a colorful assortment of organic herbs and fruit with fair-trade yerba mate. We brew all of our mate fresh before each event, meaning our mate is crave-ably tasty and our service is fast-up to 6 cups per minute! We use all-organic and locally-sourced ingredients and offer flavors like GoGo Ginger (ginger-lime), Hibiscus Haze (hibiscus-lemon), PassionPlay (Passionfruit and tulsi), Lavender Lift (lavender-lemon), and MoveMint (unsweetened mint + mate) as well as a rotating seasonal flavor, to ensure we have a hand-crafted blend to please every palate. We also have the ability to create a custom blend to match a client's preference.
