A banquet event order, or BEO, is the working document a venue or caterer creates that spells out every detail of your event: the menu, guest count, room setup, timeline, staffing, rentals, and pricing.
The BEO is what the kitchen and floor staff actually work from, so review it carefully and confirm every line before you sign. Your caterer or planner will typically build and walk you through it.
